The School of CEE has three counter offices to handle students and visitors enquiries, namely the General Office (GO), Undergraduate Office (UGO) and Graduate Studies Unit (GSU). The School has staff offices for each faculty member, meeting rooms, seminar rooms, laboratories and workshops.

In addition, there is a Smart Classroom with video-conferencing facility, which is partially supported by the Centre for Educational Development (CED). There are altogether seven laboratories and workshops which are well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to support undergraduate teaching, graduate studies and faculty research in the school.
